Oliver Heldens returns to his main project (and own label) with a pleasant and warm record, presenting a modern take on the 2015/future house sound that first launched Heldens’ career. The nostalgic, and, at the same time, new, single ‘Satisfy’ is out now, on Heldeep Records.
The track opens with Sam Harper’s soulful vocal and a warm melody, quickly building up and leading into a bouncy future house drop. Oliver chops and stutters the drawn out titular “satisfy” vocal, layering it over the songs engaging percussion as the song rolls forward. Bright synths carry the track to its second drop and conclusion, leaving listeners uplifted and satisfied. Day, night, or sunset, ‘Satisfy’ feels like an appropriate soundtrack for any summer moment.

Beyond Oliver Heldens’ own sets, ‘Satsify’ received support from Don Diablo, Afrojack and Armin van Buuren in live and radio sets.
